Working Principle
The ZKB3675 linear vibrating screen is a single-mass vibration system composed of a screen box, vibrator, four sets of supporting spring devices, motor, and tire shaft coupling. The screen box vibrates due to the inertial excitation force generated by two sets of counter-rotating vibrators. Both sets of vibrators have the same eccentric mass and eccentric distance. When the eccentric masses of the two vibrators are in the same direction, their excitation forces overlap and add up; when in opposite positions, the excitation forces cancel each other out. Therefore, the vibrator produces a linear excitation force whose magnitude and direction continuously change, causing the screen box to perform linear vibration. There is no gear connection between the two sets of vibrators; instead, two motors drive them separately, achieving synchronization based on mechanical principles. Under the excitation force, the material on the screen surface performs continuous throwing motion at a 45° angle to the screen surface, loosening, stratifying, and then passing through the screen to achieve dewatering, desliming, mud removal, and classification. The supporting springs of this screen are rubber springs. Due to the high internal damping of rubber springs, this screen does not have a damping device.
