Working Principle
When the motor drives the bridge device through the reducer to rotate the cylinder, the grinding media, due to inertia and centrifugal force, adhere to the liner surface inside the mill cylinder and rotate together. When lifted to a certain height, under the action of gravity and centrifugal force, they fall and crush the materials inside the cylinder. Besides the cyclic motion of rising and falling, the grinding media also slide and roll, causing grinding action between the grinding media, liners, and materials to finely grind the materials. While the materials are impacted and ground, the height difference between the feed and discharge material surfaces causes the materials to flow slowly from the feed end to the discharge end, completing the grinding process.
