Technical Features:
1. To more effectively ensure the cleanliness and high-efficiency operation of the braking system, we have specifically adopted a disc brake design featuring rear-mounted hydraulic cylinders. A major advantage of this design is its ability to effectively prevent direct contact between the hydraulic fluid and the brake disc, thereby eliminating potential contamination of the disc by the fluid and ensuring consistently stable braking performance over time.
2. Regarding the design of the main hydraulic circuit, we have innovatively utilized direct drilling within the mounting bracket to construct a highly integrated fluid path system. This system delivers hydraulic fluid to each brake unit with precision; not only does this accelerate braking response times, but the meticulous design also guarantees a leak-free system, thereby significantly enhancing the overall safety and reliability of the braking mechanism.
3. For external piping, we have strictly selected precision-drawn tubes and ferrule-type fittings as connecting components. This connection method is not only easy to install but—more importantly—achieves a truly weld-free assembly. By eliminating traditional welding, we avoid the associated risks of weld cracks and leaks, thereby further bolstering the overall sealing integrity and durability of the braking system.
4. In the selection of braking materials, we actively embrace eco-friendly principles by utilizing asbestos-free, environmentally conscious brake pads. These pads not only deliver superior braking performance but—crucially—do not release harmful substances during their manufacture or operation; they are environmentally friendly while simultaneously safeguarding the health and safety of operating personnel.
5. To further enhance the corrosion resistance and service life of the brake units, we have applied a nickel-phosphorus plating treatment to all exposed brake surfaces. This treatment creates a hard, dense protective coating that effectively resists environmental corrosion, ensuring that the brakes maintain optimal operational status and braking effectiveness even under the most demanding working conditions.
