The TWZ series horizontal vibrating centrifugal dewatering machine is mainly used in coal washing plants for dewatering clean coal or middling coal with particle sizes of 0.5-13(25)mm. It can also be used for dewatering other similar materials such as salt and sand.
Working Principle
The material enters the bottom of the screen basket through the enamel-coated feeding pipe and screen seat. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material inside the screen basket adheres closely to the screen surface. Under the vibration force, the material layer moves evenly toward the large end of the screen basket. The dewatered material is thrown out from the sides of the screen basket and falls into the discharge port at the bottom of the machine casing, discharging downward. The moisture in the material passes through the material layer and screen gaps under centrifugal force, is thrown to the sides of the casing, and flows along the casing wall to the drainage outlet.
Technical Features
1. Large processing capacity, high upper limit of feed particle size, high recovery rate, and good dewatering effect;
2. Low product breakage, few wearing parts, low equipment maintenance cost, low coal pulverization rate, screen basket is not easily worn and has a long service life;
3. Inertial resonance, stable amplitude, low noise, and low energy consumption;
4. Reduced plant height, easy maintenance, wearing parts are only screen baskets and similar components, maintenance is performed only in the horizontal direction, occupying small space, and maintenance is convenient and fast.
