Product Introduction
The rotary kiln for lime is a new type of rotary kiln specially designed for active lime, developed based on the calcination characteristics of limestone and by absorbing and referencing similar rotary kilns at home and abroad. This type of rotary kiln (optionally equipped with a vertical preheater and vertical cooler to form an energy-saving rotary kiln calcination system) features high raw material utilization, complete calcination, uniform quality, good product quality, large capacity, high operation rate, energy saving and environmental protection, simple operation, and long machine life.

Working Principle
Dolomite is fed into the kiln through the chute at the kiln tail (high end). Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the dolomite rolls circumferentially while moving axially from the kiln tail (high end) to the kiln head (low end). Fuel is injected into the kiln through burners at the kiln head for combustion. Heat is transferred to the dolomite by radiation, convection, conduction, and other methods. Inside the kiln, the dolomite undergoes preheating, decomposition, and sintering processes, calcining into calcined dolomite, which is then discharged from the kiln head.
