This series of hydraulic stations is designed specifically to complement underground mine hoists used in coal mines, with products meeting coal safety requirements. Among them, the E119A/E119S explosion-proof hydraulic stations are suitable for single-drum winding-type hoists, while the E118A/E118S models are tailored for dual-drum winding-type hoists. These products are employed to control both the normal braking operation of the hoist and the emergency braking function during fault conditions. In emergency braking scenarios, they implement a two-stage braking system to ensure the safe operation of the hoist.
The hydraulic station employs Italy's ATOS explosion-proof proportional relief valve to regulate system pressure, paired with ATOS proportional amplifiers and imported variable pumps, ensuring a stable and reliable operation while enabling maintenance-free functionality.
